A website inquiry is not an order. The written quotation defines product assumptions, price, currency, validity, shipping basis, duties responsibility, timing and payment terms.
Product sourcing
Example listings do not represent fixed inventory. Final supplied products must match the accepted written specification or approved sample.
Restricted products
We do not source counterfeit goods or accept regulated products without a separately verified compliance process.
Changes and remedies
Changes, cancellation, inspection, defects and remedies are handled under the accepted quotation and order terms.
